Apostle Brown is the Pastor of Temple of Deliverance Prayer and Praise (TODPP) Ministry, established March 5, 2011. She is an avid proponent for prayer and discipleship with an abiding love for the Word of God. Apostle Brown is a gifted and anointed teacher, preacher, and intercessor.
During her tenure in ministry, she has served faithfully in various areas. Because of God’s anointing on her life, Apostle Brown has had the opportunity to minister both locally and nationally. It is her desire to see the people of God set free and pursuing a life of holiness through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Apostle Brown’s passion and love for God and His people is evident in her life and ministry.
Apostle Brown is in covenant with the Greater Church of Deliverance, Inc. (GCOD), submitted under the leadership of Archbishop Freddie B. Marshall. By his hands, she received legitimate apostolic succession during her apostolic affirmation and consecration into the episcopacy on October 15, 2022. She serves as the Executive Vice Presiding Bishop.

Apostle Brown recently received an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from St. Thomas Christian University. She is sincerely honored and humbled to have been recognized with this prestigious distinction.
Apostle Brown is married to Leader Emmanuel Brown, Jr. and together they have 5 lovely children: 4 sons, Jeremiah Alexander, Jairius Isaiah, Grayson Isaac, and Nicholas Elijah, and 1 daughter, Grace Alexis.
